FS/FT:Heathkit AA-1640 Power Amp $30

Heathkit AA-1640 Power Amp (will trade for something else smaller and more imminently useful to me like guitar FX or old digi delay/reverbs or the like)

This was built in 1977 and tested at a Heath Electronic Center in Roswell, GA. to be in proper working condition at 220 watts per channel in 8 ohms and 375 watts per channel in 4 ohms. It still works well but this is vintage electronics now 28 years old.

The outputs and inputs are set up with 1/4" jacks. One big aluminum heatsink with big circuit boards inside and some honkin' transformers. Two level pots on the front and meters. Oh, solid state, but in perhaps the greatest era of such things.

A reasonably clean power amp for your monitor speakers, but better used to just up the output to your PA speakers. Spent years as a PA booster, a while as a studio monitor amp and a good while as shelf fodder. Definitely takes a pre-amp level in and could resonably detonate a lot of monitors

I weighs a lot-- 60 lbs or so, so shipping will be a bit pricey - prefer a local buyer in Seattle, but I will sell it so cheap you may want to spring for shipping. Get it out of my house for $30 + shipping or $25 for local pickup.
