FS: Vinyl Pressing Plant

For Sale: Complete Vinyl Pressing Plant located in Pittsburgh, PA.

I am trying to help a friend sell this equipment. The building housing the plant is also for sale.

Here's the inventory:
2 Semi-Automatic presses with dies (7" and 12")
Extruder- Heavy Duty
Boiler -Seller recommends replacing this
Central Hydraulic System
Large Air Compressor
Shrink Wrap machine
Cutters
Steam Table for custom work

This equipment has not been in use for at least 25 years. It was operational when retired.

The seller is asking 40K or BO for the plant and 200K or BO for the building and plant together. The building is a 2700 sq. ft concrete block building on Penn Ave. in Pittsburgh's Strip Dist. The seller is not willing to part out the pressing plant.

In my opinion it would take considerable time and effort to get this plant running up to speed. However, if you are mechanically inclined and want to have your own pressing plant this is a rare opportunity.
