They don't make this stuff anymore, as far as I know. 7" plastic reel, translucent red, GP9 stock. From summer of 2004, before Quantegy shut down and restructured. I only used it once and it has not been stored improperly, as far as I know.
Also included are a matching Quantegy clear take up reel, and a reel of 1/4" leader/splicing tape.
