I am wanting to sell my Orange AD200b bass head. I'm wanting to get $1600 US.

This one is part of the first run out of the Orange custom shop and was limited to 80 amps. Mine is #50.

This thing is point to point, hand wired and turret board construction.

No PCB boards are in this amp.

New PCB, MKIII heads run at around $2100 US and you can have a hand wired custom shop model for less.

This one is rare and in very excellent condition, almost mint.

One of the tone knobs (treble I think) has a small chunk out of the flange. No biggie and knobs are available from Orange USA for cheap. That is the only issue with this amp.

Amp was never gigged and was used for studio use only and comes with a custom-made, black vinyl cover with orange piping.

200 watts of tonal bliss. Four Svetlana 6550 tubes with a 12AX7 and 12AT7 pre amp tubes.

Amp is in beautiful shape. It is here before ebay.

I'll try to snap some pics on the weekend as I don't own a digi camera so I'll borrow one.

I have a flawless buying and selling record here on GS and things I sell are always in better condition than I describe and packed very well.

This thing is heavy so shipping will be a bitch. 50 lbs is a safe assumption as the transformers are huge!

I also have a JBL 140E 15" bass speaker for sale as well rated at 400 watts I believe.

I am in Canada. S4N 2N8

I'm interested. This is the amp I've been looking for. Can you send pics to redrocketdesign at gmail dot com?

Thanks!

i got a knob with the same chip on my orange ad30. for all that money, you think they'd put better quality knobs on these things!
