Actual STUDIO for sale. NOT GEAR BUT STUDIO/HOME New Jersey

Post by theycallmeJive » Tue Feb 19, 2008 2:20 pm

do to an urgent family situation, i am forced to sell my house. studio (not gear) included. i don't want to see it go to waste.

i'm 45 min from NYC and 25 min from the PA border. directly west of NYC on 280/80

the house is a split level, completely redone everything. kitchen/both baths/office-playroom/3 bedroom/huge living room/dining room/sweet porch above 2 car garage/and sick studio.
it's not on the market for another week or so. we're asking $410,000 based on my realtors recommendation.

Mike

Oh wow, I just looked through the buildout thread you had. What an incredible transformation. I'm really sorry you have to sell, but I hope it ends up with someone who will appreciate it.

Sorry to hear that you are in an urgent situation. Just wanted to chime in and say that I grew up right near there (Roxbury) and Hackettstown is a nice area to live.

Amazing, man. Sorry to hear you have to sell. If I hadn't just bought my condo, I would be all over this.

Looks really nice. I actually work in Mt. Olive which is right there! Too bad my wife works in Butler, so we have to live in Rockaway and overpay for taxes and our house. Yikes.

don't lie. you like rockaway, you like dogs and you love your job. you just also like to complain. i think you'd be miserable if you had nothing to complain about!
