Studio gear liquidation; bunch of mics / Sytek / GT Brick

Post by centurymantra » Thu Jun 19, 2008 2:45 pm

I'm selling off all my recording and gear and getting rid of the studio. I may get back into it at some point, but will be starting from a clean slate if I do, so pretty much everything is going...right down to the last rack screw. This is the first phase of the sale, and I've got the following items available.
Prices for all the mics include shipping to the lower 48 states. Last two items, as noted do not include shipping. Unless noted the gear is in great shape and well taken care of. I'll prob. be posting some pictures soon, but feel free to ask if you'd like one sent your way in the meantime.

Audio Technica AT4040 (2); $175/pc. ($325 for the pair) includes cases and shock mounts

Sennheiser MD441; $400 includes case and original (NOT broken) clip

Beyerdynamic M69 N(c) (original - not the TG); $100 includes case, but no clip

Crowley & Tripp Naked Eye; $625 includes wooden storage case, and special integrated mounting accessories
Sennheiser e609; $75 includes mic clip

Prices on the above items, as prev. noted, include shipping costs
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Feel free to send along any questions you might have.

Thanks for looking!

Any BB's on the Sytek?
I get satisfaction of three kinds. One is creating something, one is being paid for it and one is the feeling that I haven?t just been sitting on my ass all afternoon.

Bryan,

You're getting out? Sorry to hear that! Your studio looks an awful lot like mine, and we're almost neighbors. If you're ever down in Ann Arbor area, come visit... And let me know when the studio garage sale happens :).

Yeah...it's not that long of a story, but for a number of reasons I'm moving aside from the studio scene. It's actually not such a bad thing at the moment. Need to simplify things and divert my focus a bit. I still love recording and can always get back into it, and I'm certainly keeping that idea in the back of my head. even if I sell the gear, I have all the things I've learned stored in my head. 8) I'm' actually even keeping a couple things aside that I'll probably hang onto.

I know we talked back and forth a bit about having a visit at your studio. I'm seriously going to get in touch with you about that. I'm actually going to be in Ann Arbor a couple times next month. I'll keep in touch.

I might be hanging onto one of them, but will definitely be selling at least one of them. I can give drop you a line when that's up for sale.

Bryan,

Godspeed to you... drop me a line if you're in the neighborhood!

P.S. Might be interested in your diffusers, if you let those go...

The "s" is actuallly part of the model #...I only have one. I did pull it out to double check this. It is an ADK A-51S Type V to be exact. It comes with the zipper pouch & shockmount. I've got the original box with the packing material even. I also noted that there is a bag in the box that includes the manual and one or two extra sets of bands for the shock mount.

Don't have a pic, but was thinking of taking a few pics, and could post that when I do.
