Mic sale from auralman
AKG 414 TLII great condition $650
ML52-I (with the TapeOp mod, of course - this is one of the ones IN the article) $500
ML52-II (the other one in the article) - $500
AT4033 great condition - $200
Shure SM7B - used like 5 times, with original packaging, spare windscreen still in plastic wrap. -$300
Also selling a Seventh Circle Audio Mic Pre set, 2xN72s, 2xJ99s in a SCA chassis. Reasonable offers considered.
If you're near to Fairfield County, CT, I'm also parting with a Rhodes MkIII and a Wurlitzer electric piano, unknown model number, freaking OLD, but unmistakable sound. Other odds and sods may go -
ProAc Studio 100 monitors
Bryston 4B stereo amplifier
FMR RNP/RNC combo, mounted
FMR RNL limiter

I'm in for your mom and I'll pay.
I'll have to take a closer look when I get home later. I know it is NOT a SST, or ST, or dual mono block. It's an older one, but in perfect shape. As you know, Bryston warranties are 20 years regardless of owner - I think I'm still within that time period
I haven't given much thought to the price on that one, I honestly don't remember how much I paid for it, but I think they generally go for >$700 bucks, though.
I really really really don't want to part with the amp unless I have an offer from someone on the monitors. I can part with my mics and my outboard, but losing the monitor setup might just make me cry.
