So um,
If someone like me, who has no possibility of buying this space wanted to see some pictures, for no other reason than to Oooh and Aaaah could that be arranged?
Best of luck man.

Well, dunno if they are drool worthy but these are some old pics from the old web site...There's no carpet in the Live room anymore (thankfully) and several other things have been pimped but there are a couple of the rooms here:

Funny reading the stuff on this page as I don't really do a lot of stuff listed there much anymore! Guess I could but mostly mixing and production things these days. There's also a patio in the back.
And a helipad under the hockey rink, yeah that's it.
LOL!! No, no Enron on my resume. In one of my careers I was the director of real estate acquisition & leasing for a government entity. I leased a lot of commercial/office space for non-profit organizations. It was a weird position (non hi-tech) to find myself in, but when PC's caught up with mini-computers a lot of companies and jobs disappeared practically overnight. The government job required an MBA and I needed a job. I knew that I'd be miserable not working in the electronics field, but I had two young children with no mom.sears wrote:Did you used to work at Enron?DrRick wrote:I'm a little lost on the lease terms. 1100SF @ $1700/month is $18.55/SF, but you mentioned $2.50/SF as the going rate in the area.
Did you mean $25/SF?
It turned out to be a good move because when my spinal disease came on I was able to retire at 44% salary for life before I was 50.
Peace,

I think what he meant was, your decimal placement is too far to the right. Much like the CEO's political views, I'd imagine. And of course the accounting team.

McKay's a great guy, and the space sounds great. The neighborhood is top-notch as has been said before. Some killer burritos, tacos, and Pho have been consumed within walking distance.
BTW, the console in those photos is for sale. I've been working out of McKay's space for three years now, and sadly I can't stay, so if you need a console, it's a DDA DMR 12, listed elsewhere.
