Audio Technica 4033 with case and shockmount (with broken elastic and 1 broken rubber band)
OR you have the option of instead getting a universal shockmount that will fit almost any mic, made by Gary Young, original Pavement drummer. He was selling these on Ebay for a while.

You should call AT about the broken elastic - they'll probably send you a free replacement.

Somebody should buy this! The 4033 is a great mic, and this is a GREAT price.
