This is one of those things that is painful to sell. In fact, I am deeply ambivalent about selling it and, quite frankly, if it doesn't sell there is a large part of me that will be happy. I just need the dough to finance a few large purchases.

I'm doing as much mastering as mixing these days and I have decided to buy a few different things, including a Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor and a Dangerous Bax EQ. Need to sell some stuff to finance the purchase.

If you want to get a sense for how it works and sounds, Greg made a pretty great and simple video that explains how it works. It is a feel-based compressor and pretty much makes everything you put into it come out more badass. It's supremely musical and satisfying to use.

The thing has great feel, but has limited application at the mastering stage. So I have to economize.
