Post by Marc Alan Goodman » Wed May 11, 2011 5:06 pm

Our studio manager Theo is finally letting go of his Ward Beck 1204 sidecar/console. It's amazing but he's not using it and I can't afford to buy it off him right now :(

Anyway here are the details

Features:
? 12 mic preamps (M461) with EQ (M462A) on every channel and P&G faders
? 4 master busses
? 2 M466 compressors
? modded w/ direct outputs on every preamp for going straight to DAW
? switchable phantom power on every channel
? custom 16 channel RedCo snake (military to DB25) to make use of direct outs
? all line/mic inputs and outputs terminate to XLR on back of console

**includes several spare modules (including compressors and EQs
**also includes custom RedCo military -> DB25 snake for mic pre direct outs to DAW

Here's a link to the sales PDF with a bunch of pictures:

Asking $6k plus shipping if you're not gonna just come pick it up. Available to check out in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Those are super nice modules in that thing. I have 2 channels of mic in, 4 of EQ (3 and 4 band) and the comps that are in this cute little desk. Always been real happy with them, especially the mic amps. The high pass filters on the mic ins are just the ticket for great snare sounds as far as I'm concerned.

Always wondered what it would be like to use a whole board with a 1" 8 trk...

Someone should buy and love this thing, because you don't see full ones often at all, and it's quality stuff.
I thought this club was for musicians. Who let the drummer in here??
