Ready to go -- Classic Yamaha PM1000 channels (2) racked up with power supply. Some mods. Mounted in lighter weight but effective ABS housing. XLR in/out, power supply. What this does on drums and guitars is amazing. Great deal.

bump - still up for grabs. Lotsa inquiries but no takers yet.
Just used this unit and both channels are working great.
Take note: no phantom power or DI. All XLR in/out (transformers added for balanced out).
Mods: in addition to the stepped attenuator, the cue send knob is now a gain knob to fine-tune your input level. Also has phase reverse (probably not a mod, I think it's stock on a PM1000?).
