Hello TO denizens, long time, no post!

I have some gear you folks might be interested in - I am a happy dad now, and I think the time has come to pare my studio down to the essentials. I hate to do it, but I need to liquidate a few assets to put into my custom tube amp biz, groceries, rent, things of that sort. :) This gear has all served me very well, and it would make me very happy to know that it might help others to realize their musical visions.

Hagstorm II circa 1968! A well worn and 'naturally reliced' vintage instrument with awesome clear and chimey DeArmond pickups and a super fast feeling neck, unique and ear-catching sounds and a very cool look to it. Lovely sunburst, rosewood fretboard, pics available upon request. Tone circuit not wired in, but I can fix that if it's a deal breaker. No whammy bar or case, but replacements can be had. $350 PLUS shipping.

Teac A-3440 - a cool 4 channel 1/4" reel to reel from the late 70's. Great super tapey sound that really softens and thickens things up and sounds as un-digital as you can hope for. I think one of the meter lightbulbs is out, otherwise, it's all good, will test, clean and demagnetize before shipping. Hate to sell this piece! $250 PLUS shipping (it is heavy!)!

Audio Technica AT4047SV - SOLD! - Same deal, bought in '07. very low hours, original box and shockmount, perfect condition, $325 shipped and paypal'ed

EV 635a - SOLD! - you kow the deal, old & dirty omni dynamic with a great raw sound - $30 shipped & paid.

RTS 465 mic pre - SOLD! single channel, half rack space, trim control, phantom power and built-in switchable limiter. Balanced in's and out's via highly regarded Beyer transformers! Amp circuit is a simple 4558 chip, iirc. Gives around 40 or 45 db gain, I guess, made in the early 80's, these are considered to be in the "(very) poor man's Neve" class. Really a pretty cool preamp with a nice punchy & textured sound. Narrow range of gain (45, plus or minus 10 db, I 'd say, adjusted via screwdriver!) but surprisingly handy. $65 paid & shipped.

Royer R121 - SOLD! - Bought around 2004 (?) never used near an open window, smoke free, low hours, the real deal in immaculate condition with the sock and beautiful wooden box - $900 shipped and paypal'ed.

Shure SM78 - SOLD! - the rare transformerless version of the 58 that was biefly offered in the 80's - do a search, people like these and the SM77's! Very rough and ugly, but fully functional - $50 shipped and paypal'ed.

Cheers! Make me some offers! And do let me know if you want any cool and interesting low watt handmade tube amps! (shameless plug! :) )
