Otari MX5050 8 track 1/2" reel to reel tape Machine
In Excellent Condition, Well maintained, ready to record.
Comes with:
Remote
9 ATR Master Tapes (2 basically new)
2 catch reels
MRL
Demagnetizer
Original Wood Stand w/ tape storage underneeth
Original Manual
Extra VU Bulbs
I bought this machine from a friend recently who got it working great. It functions perfect other than a scratchy headphone pot (did not use that function of it).
Unfortunately I have fallen into a bit of hard times and have to part with it.
It was wired to pin 2 hot by the previous owner as to not have to deal with rewiring snakes. Also he replaced the pinch roller and one of the motors.
Not sure what it is worth so if your interested and want to make an offer please do at kgstahl@mtu.edu (or in a PM here).
I will not ship the tape machine it is simply too large.
Currently located in Kalamazoo, MI.
