Hardy IM200 preamp pair - $500 plus shipping
These preamps are very rare. They were built in '77 for a Kansas tour and were used in those desks. Nice pre with xfmr in, DI "active transformer", very cool EQ. Comes with a bulky, but it works quite nice, power supply. Planned to rack them, but never got around to it. Mounting lunch box shown in the picture is included. It's all wired properly and good to go but you will need to attach the modules to the mounting plates in the box - just a few screws here and there. They will need TLC with some scratchy pots - but otherwise sound great compared to other options out there for this price.

In the link you provided, John Hardy talks about a number of compromises that were made in their original design and construction. Have any changes or mods been done to the modules (a la Hardy's suggestions) or are they stock?
