Hey-- These are sold (I bought 'em), but I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jared/AudioSweet; have no fear of doing business with this guy! The microphones arrived quickly, were packed incredibly well, and are in pristine condition.

It's nice when somebody advertises a product for sale, says they'll do certain things, and then _actually does those things promised and delivers the advertised goods as advertised_!

Way to go Jared.

Congrats Gregg and good job Jared. I'm not trying to be funny here, but I thought most people had a high level of distaste for the C1000s. What do you like about them Gregg?

Well, I've used some borrowed ones in the past, and I only had a chance to check the new ones out as far as the "yep, it's working" stage.

I know a lot of people don't like them, but then a lot of others do. I'll try them out stock, and if they're good, awesome. If not, someone told me there's a mod you can get done  ...

I've never had an honest assessment of 'did I like these or not?' . Back in the day BSW had a package deal when the akg c3000b came with the c1000s and I never really got to use them. Maybe on some horn stuff but it wasn't till after I got them I saw mostly negative reviews.
