OK, so these are sweet as hell, but honestly I barely use them... Here you've got a sturdy standard 19" old German "lunch-box" style rack with a pair of ridiculously overbuilt Neumann W491A and a mono Telefunken W695a equalizer installed. The overbuilt power supply and rack have provisions for up to 8 modules with complete XLR I/O access on the rear. These are vintage, but sound incredible, needless to say.

I'll sell the whole enchilada (that's - the rack, power supply, all wiring and a power cable, (2) W491A and (1) W695a) for a flat $1000 shipped to you professionally packed (if you live in the continental USA)...

these look rad as heck. if i had a g to drop I'd be all over this, but alas, I have no such funds....so you'll just get a free bump.

the in/out xlr, right? also, why are they upside-down?

good luck on the sale.

Thanx man!
Yes, all XLR I/O...
Hah, good question!
It's easier for me to operate the controls in that orientation in my setup.

These look great.
Not clear though, does the box take 500 series stuff? You said it was old so I'm guessing not. If not, what else can go into the rack?

Thanks

No, these are not the same edge connector format as the 500 series. You can kind of see the connectors in some of the pictures. I believe these modules came from the old giant consoles that have a similar connector style, but not 100% sure on that.
