Vintage Ampex 600/601 tube mic preamp FULLY RESTORED!! #2

Up for sale is a vintage Ampex 600 that has been FULLY RECAPPED AND MODIFIED FOR STUDIO USE AS A STANDALONE MIC PREAMP/DI.
This one has been fully balanced utilizing a vintage Sescom mic to Grid input transformer and a modern Edcor Steel output transformer. 5879 input tube, 12au7a output/cathode follower, and a 5y3 rectifier tube. Completely recapped, and all extraneous circuitry was pulled properly. In addition, a few modifications were made for modern studio use:
FRONT PANEL PHONES INPUT JACK is now a PROPER DI INPUT feeding into the grid of the 1st stage.
TRUE METER BYPASS SWITCH ADDED on the front panel
The power switch was relocated to the back panel, which also lowers the noise a bit.
PHASE FLIP ADDED on 2 pos rotary switch where line level pot was located
MIC/MIC PAD/LINE LEVELS accessible via 3 pos rotary switch located where the Input/Tape switch was.
HIGH PASS FILTER- added on front panel via toggle switch
OUTPUT ATTENUATOR- -12dB on front panel toggle switch allowing more saturation control
