FS/FT: Studer A80 RC MK II - 1/4" Analog Two Track

Considering selling my Studer A80 RC MKII 1/4" 2 track.

One of the finest mixdown decks ever made!!!

Unit is in perfect working order, I'm just not mixing to tape these days. This machine sounds absolutely amazing. Holds it's calibration extremely well.

It was recapped in 2008 by Greg Norman, the tech from Steve Albini's Electrical Audio.

Comes with a MRL Calibration tape and takeup reel. Currently installed in a studio so you can see it in action.

The unit is huge physically (size of a small stove). The unit the building is in has an elevator for easy moving. Picture for this ad is not the actual unit but I will have more photos soon.

I might be worth it. I could get the Staple singers or Jimmy Smith and put it on a spare 456 reel I have.

Also, someone buy this deck. A80RC are wonderful sounding decks. I love mine.
