Lovely mic. I bought it last year, cleaned and refurbed, from Xaudia in the UK. I've used it almost exclusively on drums, though it makes a nice guitar mic too (the mono version of the BM5 was Royer's inspiration for the R121). Includes original wooden box and manual, cute tripod stand that you'll never use, cable, XLR pigtail.
