guitar noise gate pedal?

Post by premiumdan » Tue Jan 27, 2015 10:42 pm

SellOp:

Hey, All.

Anyone have a guitar noise gate pedal in need of a new home?
If you don't have an extra, which model are you using?
From what I can gather, some dent a guitar's EQ more than others...
Thanks.

Cheers!

Not selling, though it's hard not to recommend the Pigtronix Gatekeeper. Dead simple and sounds as good as a noise gate can. I even sent it in to Pigtronix to get it adjusted to work with a guitar I have with low output pickups...they offered to do this at no charge when I told them I had one guitar that didn't trigger it consistently.

The only negative is that it uses an 18 volt power supply..
