I'm selling/trading an Otari MX80 tape machine. I acquired this from a studio that was shutting down, it was an impulse purchased and I never actually used it because it doesn't make sense in my home studio. Rather than haven't it look cool in the corner collecting dust I thought I'd put it towards something more useful to me. What I'm really hoping for is to trade it for some high end mic pres/channel strips. Such as; vintech x73/x81, millennia, focusrite isa, Neve, ssl-alpha-link-and-madixtreme-bundle, etc.

Also, this machine comes with a brand new reel of Atr tape and an MLR tape. It also has the transport.

It works although it may need a little TLC due to the fact that it hasn't been used in years.
