Hi Tape Oppers,

I'm looking to purchase a Tascam ATS-500, or something that can similarly resolve SMPTE code and send the servo control to my 238. Looking to get that nice locked to DAW feel. I'm local to Boston/NH but wouldn't mind paying for shipping.

I’m selling a MTS-1000 and IF-1000 as a set ($899) on Reverb (don’t want to break them up). It’s a bit of overkill for what you’re doing, but I suspect it would work. I used it to sync a Tascam 48 and Tascam 238. Can’t say how it would work in your DAW set up.
