Up for sale is a very hard to find Groove Tubes MD-1A (AKA Model 1A) Tube Microphone.
This is an improved version of the "Model 1". Same fantastic sound but a quieter circuit. Not to be confused with GT's later microphones.
Includes a brand new Redco 9 pin to 9 pin cable, and just re-tubed with a GE 6201 - JAN 12AT7WC. The stainless Body has a couple of superficial scratches but nothing to worry about. I'll include a silver shock mout (pictured).
If you own one of these and/or a GT Tube power supply (PS2a) you'll have a stereo pair.
This microphone needs a proprietary power supply. Not a 48V phantom powered mic. This is a Tube Microphone.
