Tascam 388 in Atlanta. No ship, needs work.

I don't know if anybody up here might be interested, but I've got a Tascam 388 that doesn't play/record or rewind. Could be a belt, could need adjusting, could be a motor. Also, the right main channel does not get signal from any of the input channels. VU meters all work, one VU lamp is out. Decent cosmetic condition. $500. Open to offers & trades.
