1981 Trident 80b 30x24x24 Analog Console

Incredible sounding vintage Trident 80b console. Refurbished in 2016 by Sonic Circus, which included an Ultrasonic cleaning of components, full recap of input, monitor, and center section, burnishing of patch bays, etc.
Console features:
4 Band EQ Selectable Hi 8 and 12K, Sweepable mid bands, Upper Mid 1K to 15K, Lo Mid 100Hz to 1.5K, Selectable 60 and 120Hz Low. Low Pass filter
2 Band EQ on Monitor
Discrete Transformer Mic pre 65dB of gain
3 Mono 2 Stereo Aux Sends
Monitor to Mix and fader flip
Right Hand Patchbay
White Ash hardwood surround frame
Tuchel Mating Connectors supplied with purchase
Modifications and maintenance done:
LED mod for all VU meters.
Additional 96 point TT bay used for mic inputs wired with tuchel connectors.
Console sounds awesome and works fantastic. Hundreds of hit records from David Bowie to Motley Crue were recorded on Trident 80b consoles. The mic pre’s sound incredible and the EQ is musical and open. Simple routing and center section, you can be up and making records on day one.
The console is in very clean condition. It is a vintage console and will require regular maintenance. Occasionally, you need to re-seat or replace IC’s in the channel strips and I’ve had to re-solder a few points in the patchbay form time to time, but these desks are incredibly user serviceable.
Will include the manual, custom monitor and keyboard stands, cabling from the Tuchel connectors and spare IC’s and Transistors.
Does not include additional Switchcraft patchbays shown in photos. More photos available upon request.

Pickup in San Diego. Willing to ship if buyer handles the logistics.
