*** SOLD *** Hairball Audio Gold 500 Series Preamp - $265

Hairball Audio Elements "Gold" 500 series microphone preamp. The DI jack does not work, but the standard mic input works fine (i.e., the XLR I/O on your 500 chassis). It also has a non-original opamp in it (Warm Audio X2520 I think). Looks like I am missing the metal cover as well. It has the stepped attenuator option for the input and variable output. I got it used -- someone else built it and I'm guessing they had some difficulty (although otherwise it looks pretty clean). There are a couple missing components in the DI circuit, but I've been using it with the mic input and it works great (and I used an external DI if needed). You could also potentially send it back to Hairball and they have a flat fee repair ($50 + parts).
Again, the mic level input works great. Selling as is - $265 shipped (in the continental USA only). Venmo or Paypal.
