Could we get "Mark forums read"
... on the "New Posts" page?
Re: Could we get "Mark forums read"
I understand the why, but if it's not something that is part of the board software, or necessary to fix some relatively painful problem(I'm lookin at you, spammers), I really don't have the bandwidth to code and maintain custom add ons.

Re: Could we get "Mark forums read"
I get around this by using a right-click > "open in new tab" function when clicking on "Quick Links > New Posts".
The "new posts" results page opens in the new tab (but I'm still on the home page tab), then I click "Mark Forums Read" from the home tab, and then close that home tab Chrome then swaps to the "New Posts" results tab as a result. AND you don't have to click on the "Forums have been marked read" pop-up from the original tab (as you simply close that tab). So all in all, about the same time/effort/clicks as having "Mark Forums Read" available on the "New Posts" results page...
A simple edit for the forum admins might be to add "Mark Forums as Read" in the Quick Links menu...
Keep rockin vvv!!!
