I have a '67 ludwig kit, and I need a couple 6"(+) tension rods for the floor tom. Any help would be much appreciated!

Re: looking for vintage Ludwig tension rods!
Lemme dig around and see what I can come up with. These are the chrome ones, not nickel, right? PM me offline if you'd like. I hate to get into really boring descriptions about the shape of the tension rod heads. We'll sound like a bunch of drum geeks....

The only true great mic on this planet is the Shure SM-57. It is the most consistant in not totally sucking of anything ever built. All other mics are "application dependant".

If they're standard (12-24) threading and no one else comes up with rods for it, you can look at www.leecustom.com or www.drummaker.com. New 6" rods are 2/$2.25 from Lee Custom. Are these Club Dates?

They have to be club dates with t-rods that long. There are many places to get new ones....precisiondrum.com, etc. I just figured he wanted real Luddy rods.
