WANTED: tape op issue #12, sparklehorse article

Does anyone have Tape Op Issue #12 (spring 99)? It's the one with the Mark Linkous/Sparklehorse article....if so, I'd be interested in buying it, or obtaining a photocopy of the article. Hell, even an online transcription would help, but I haven't been able to locate one.

can't find the neutral milk hotel issue. i was happy to see the sk-1 mentioned in the sparklehorse article, though.
