Free Omnirax 4 ft tall rolling rack in SF

Post by DeafinONEear » Mon Jan 12, 2004 11:52 am

It's free and in the road... a little rust but should work for some time.

I saw it across the street from 222 Napoleon. Mapquest it.

good luck.

Thanks for the tip. My daughter's school is out that way, so I went and grabbed it yesterday afternoon. It's in pretty good shape. just needs a few screws and some rack rails(which I already had). Hell of a deal.

My friend got a sweet deal like that in SF too. A lot of the TV stations will just dump their shit on the side of the road and it's free for the taking. I remember someone saying a while ago there were some ampex tape machines or something on the road. I'm just waiting for SF State to dump all their recording gear once they build a new creative arts building. The dean said none of the existing gear (otari mtr90, 1176, other amazing gear) is not going into the new studio.
