The "raising money to buy a car" modded unit sale

Post by puffpastry » Thu Jul 29, 2004 3:01 pm

I have to pay for a car that I'm buying for my fiance, so I'm selling a couple of modified units that I have sitting in my closet:

ART Tube MP, completely modified with upgraded power supply, tube section, and input/output stages, it's actually a different modification from the instructions I pass out, a steal at $85--you won't find a better guitar DI than this!!

Presonus EQ3B, brand new three band Presonus equalizer. I bought this solely for the purpose of modifying it, other than that, it's never seen any use. It has a vintage Triad transformer on the output stage, and Burr-Brown opamps in the input and EQ section. You won't find a better sounding EQ for less--$100 (which is what I paid for it).

Also, I'm happy to do modifications to your existing equipment, including your Alesis 3630 or Bellari RP220/RP520 (I just finished a great new set of comprehensive mods for these). Since I need to raise cash, contact me and I'll cut you a good deal.

The 3630 mod is highly recommended! It is a totally different beast with Matt's mods.

The Tube MP and the EQ3B are both gone.
