ISO: Otari 8-track logic card

I have an otari mx5050-8SHD (really really old one), the model with the separate transport and amplifier sections. Now, recently the logic card that controls the whole transport section got crazy. I called otari, and the dude said they hadn't made the card for that machine in over 20 years. So, can anyone help me with this? I'm replacing all the components one by one right now, but there are some IC's i can't find in mouser or anywhere. Can anyone help me? Any advice? Does anyone have a dead old one of these that they'd be willing to cannibalize?
