San Diego home studio looking for roommate/partner

I have a room opening up in the home I live in on June 1st.
It's a 3 bedroom house in Golden Hill. I rent two rooms, one as a bedroom
the other as a studio control room (the living room acts as the live room). I'm looking for a roommate who is also into recording to add his/her gear to the recording setup and make use of the space. I work a 9-5 type job so you'd have total reign during the day. Haven't really opened up my studio to outside projects yet, but probably will in the future. So you could help bring bands in and make some extra money on the side.

It's a great house. Lots of space. Big kitchen. Hardwood floors. You'd have your own bathroom.

golden hills is between south park and downtown. it's a nice area. lots of musicians and artists live in the area now. near krakatoa coffee, m-theory records, whistle stop, and sparky's.
