Looking for studio space in nyc (brooklyn)

Do you have space in your building or know of available space (ideally in williamsburg, greenpoint, or bushwick)?
We are looking for space to build a small control room and live room/practice space. My current space has too many people and too much bleed from adjacent rooms.

We need at least 400 sq. ft., 10 ft ceilings, and rent of $8-1200 max ($1500 if larger). 24 hr access and non-residential space are preferred.

We don't need anything built out or finished. If you can help, thanks!
