Studio partners wanted...

Hello!
I'm looking to start a recordingstudio in the L.A. area...
I have a COMPLETE vintage studio(Trident B-range,MCI 2" 16 trk,Studer 1/4" 2trks ,Neumann+AKG+Coles+Sennheiser mics,EMT plate,AKG Springreverb etc etc etc.) in Storage...
And would need a partner or two,to start an all Vintage recording studio...
It would feature 2 controlrooms,A big live room,relax area with a small kitchen!
The idea behind the 2 controlrooms would be ,that when the liverooms is busy with ppl recording ,one of the controlrooms can be used for mixing,thus only a little downtime...
