From Doug Krebs:

Dear friends and colleagues,

I apologize for the mass email, but I felt this was important enough. Please take a moment to read the following message from a good friend of mine. If you haven't already done so, please donate to the relief effort. If everyone contributes we can make an impact. Thank you.

-Doug

Hello Friends

Well, I'm sorry to bug you all, but I need your help.

After researching online for ways to volunteer in Sri
Lanka with the relief effort, I've come up short. I
will keep trying as the days and weeks pass by, but in
the meantime I have realized that the best and most
immediate thing we all can do is donate money to the
relief funds.

I donated to: www.mercycorps.org -a Portland Oregon
based International Humanitarian Organization... but
there are many more, and easy to find

This .jpg attachment which I've created (should you
choose to accept it) is printer friendly to an 8.5/11"
sheet.

If you are at work, print it out on your computer and
when your boss isn't looking, make as many copies as
you can, cut up the strips, and then keep a bunch in
your pocket. whenever you see somebody and feel like
doing something good for the world, give it to them,
look them in the eye and tell them genuinely- "YOU CAN
MAKE A DIFFERENCE."

And hey, if you feel like forwarding or rephrasing
this message, and sending this .jpg on to your friends
PLEASE do it!

These next few days are crucial for getting supplies
as basic as clean water, food and shelter to MILLIONS
of people!

By handing out these little flyers or leaving a bunch
in strategic locations you are positively changing the
lives of countless people.

I know you can do it
don't just delete this and forget it!
They dont have that option, nor can I delete the
images and memories of all the people who briefly
touched my life in the short time spent over there.

bless you all
P
Yours,

Piotr
