hello everyone,

long time lurker, first time poster in this group.

wanted to get some feedback on a recording i did for a friend's band - sharky. they are using it as a demo, and the thing's done but some criticism from people i don't know personally would be great.

thanks!
ron

Great job! I enjoyed both the songs and the recordings. How about a little info on amps(nice guitar sounds) and what you recorded with. Was this a home project? If so, do you have a room specifically set up for recording or do you just spread it out through the house?

Thanks again,
doug o

thanks! we actually rented an off season vacation house up here in maine for a week (it was pretty cold) so we had the run of the house for sounds.

the amps were in the kitchen, my ampeg reverberocket 2 and one of the guitarists had a musicman super reverb copy. all recorded on a motu 2408 mk1. mikes included the stapes old style, a studio projects c1. and a couple of 57s.
