Attempt @ mixing & mastering

Hey Everyone
I was wondering if some of you could give a listen to these songs and let me know what you think. We have been working on our 2nd disc for a year now( due to my ever changing recording formats ) and most of the drums were recorded with an akai mg1212, dumped into an alesis hd24 and the other instruments tracked with a soundtracs solo24 into the alesis. I mixed using cubase vst that came with my emu1820. This is my 7,893 attempt at mastering after looking at Bob Katz's book. Please give me some feedback.
