new metal song

[Everybody's X]

this is a band Im recording right now, there's no vox yet and it isn't mastered but I figured I throw it up here for you guys to check out. I usually record my own version of butt-rock and this is my first full-on nu metal adventure. Am I getting there?


Oh and before it's brought up, I know there's a tempo drop when they go to the iron maiden riff (sounds like an IM riff to me), but they wanted it there, and they didnt want to use a click.

ooh, I like the intro and outro that is nice and abrupt. Good way to start a Heavy rock song. I can hear the Iron Maiden style in the tempo change. That part sounds almost like the Papa Roach song that sounds like the Green Day song that Sounds like Iron Maiden. But hey a lot of music is going to sound the same to a lot of people.

Sounds good, can't say much about how the recordings sound since it is in Mp3 format and I'm listening to it from the built in monitor speaker that sound like flatulance. I'm waiting on a pair of monitors to come in. Sounds good though. Keep up the good work.
