Re: nothing personal - first mix
I was listening with standard CD player headphones, but they have a little extra bass than a typical set. I liked this song and I liked the mix too. Your voice seems like a cross of Bob Dylan (but not as nasally) and Robert Smith. After awhile I thought the electric guitar was a bit annoying at least in my right ear, maybe a little less drive on it, but that's a minor quibble. I also think the song should end about 10, 15 seconds later, thought it was a bit too soon. Great job!

its not overly bassey so maybe you got a 'ok' example

thats cool, i've had a few Dylan comments in the past... but not the Robery Smith - so thats a nice, one to work on!

could be, i've not recorded a lot of electric guitar stuff and with my shiny new v-amp thing i expect im a bit trigger happy
>I also think the song should end about 10, 15 seconds later,

Aw don't worry about my stuff, they're just shitty demos that don't even represent the upcoming album.
