Me and My Radio....

Post by ToyStein » Tue Jan 11, 2005 6:31 pm

Here is a new song I just finished using Cubase. I normally use Sonar, which is so much more easier to get things done. I may be hallucinating, but Cubase seems to have a more glossy sound, but it's ease of use just kills it.

Anyway, I did the drums hit for hit in ACID, I think they came out pretty good, yes not totally real at times, but... passable. I don't know, let me know what you think.

@me and my radio

I've been walking downtown
just me and my radio
I took a bus to a connection
but I guess that my connection
was wrong
It's just me and my radio
walkin all alone

I've been lookin at the sunset
and counting all the stars appear
I took a ride on a freight train
I listened to my left brain
(nice to meet u)

It's just me and my radio
It's just me and my radio
were walkin all alone

My daddy's gonna kill me
when I finally get home
I feel just like a vegetable
with all this dirt in my shoes

It's just me and my radio
walking all alone
Me and my radio...
I can't turn it off

What's with the artwork? It is almost as great as your material. :D Excellent stuff, nice recordings, great voice, fun stuff! Don't change, Stein. ---Lee

When I finish a song one of my favorite things to do is scoure the internet for some art. I've found artists where I've actually bought prints, pretty fun. Lots of talented people out there.

Thanks for the encouragement, I'm glad you enjoyed the songs.
