that was pretty cool. kind of a mark lanegan/nick drake sad sound.
i think the vocals should be mixed a bit lower, and the ocarina droning thing maybe working together more with the acoustic guitar part. I think a bass part and maybe some simple percussion like a tambourine here and there. A tympani sample would be cool likea j mascis kind of sound

I really like the mood and the texture you've got - the subdued guitar veiled within the reverby ocarina sounds great with the dry vocal. One thing you might try is letting the ocarina decay more fully at the end of the track; it seems to be just a bit too quickly faded away.

Nice one. I'd bring the vocals down slightly but otherwise a nice tune.
