Umm, I could make them into mp3s no problem, but I just took apart my 'mixing' set up. Might have to be like 4-5 single-track mono mp3s. Let me look into it, and get back to you.

Damn, I think there might be a room mic to play with too. :)

Hell, if anyone wants to post drums and doesn't mind me cutting/destroying them, I'll be happy to rape all of your hard work.
I am wangtacular.

Out of respect for Wing and his idea, the drums I spoke of will be posted as Week #003. In the meantime, enjoy cutting up Wing's submission for #002. :)

I would love to collaborate in this way too. Anyone who fancies putting some drum tracks up I will love.

Yes - in the biblical sense. Anyone apart from bear that is - who has unfortunately blown it now by being clever-clever.

That is odd. I was ready to hear a bunch this morning.

I just posted mine from the first beat (late as usual) and the second one has both guitar parts done and waiting on bass and vocal.

Try as I might I just can't get that file to play - apart from the first 2 seconds, then it shuts down.

Sorry, Jon.. I played bass to the track for a couple of hours yesterday, but didn't quite get it to my satisfaction (you got a lot of little twists and turns with that beat..).. Trying again (I hope) this evening.. Once I get the bass, it'll be done in no time!

heh, it's alright.. sorry my beat is so out there. i like doing beats that a little more... odd and different, presenting you guys with a challenge. i guess i figure anything can be done to a plain ol beat. that doesn't mean i'll never play good straight solid beats, i just like gettin crazy sometimes to give others a more of a challenge. i guess that's just why i'm sad no one has posted a song and this has been up for 5 days... oh well.

I think my guitar parts fit nicely with the beat. That particular beat is the catchy kind of odd, so it's a lot of fun to listen to. Short, but fun. My rendition lets the drums shine and carry the melody instead of just keeping the beat. Props to you J-Dawg.

It should be ready in a day or three.

Wing, don't get discouraged...it takes longer to imagine and commit to all the parts then it does to lay down a beat on the fly. I was actually surprised that the first beat got so many posts so quick. I figured at least a week to get songs. I think a beat per week is pushing it. Every two weeks, or maybe even a month, so people can actually make critical or creative decisions. Plus, most have other projects to work on too!

Tomorrow I burn beat to CD and take home.
