I see a psychiatrist. He's 3 inches tall. Wears a fur coat and spits paper balls at me.

I'm lucky enough to be deluded enough to think that I don't need one, and this delusion has sustained me for thirty-four glorious years.

However, my psychologist friend is one of my favorite people. He's so attentive. He asks me what I'm working on a I swear to god within five minutes he's telling my why my relationship with my mother made it inevitable. And he's right!

i think everyone should, once in a blue moon even for those who have their shit together. can't do no harm, only keep things in check. around where i live, there is at least a 7 month waiting list if one wants to go to one! (the canadian health care system is actually SHITE, despite what people imagine- its becoming 2-tiered slowly- those connected and with $ can obviously slide their way in to see any doctor with ease. the only known way to get to a shink/therapist/etc around here somewhat quicker is check into the emerg saying you're gonna slit yer wrists, sadly enough...

I wish psychiatrists did less talking and more giving out free samples of Paxil. Then I would see mine all of the time.

Is Paxil one of the newest anti-depressants? Therapists over here are less liberal with the happy pills, I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.

Could always orden them over the internet Trashy. Uninformed self-medication is definitely the way to go.
