Holy Shit.

That thing he did on Mtv when he pivked up a welfare check in a limo with 5 kids from 3 women all hanging around him (and I quote, "The government is giving away free money, who don't want free money?)" changed my life.

WuTang was (and still is) for the children.
I get satisfaction of three kinds. One is creating something, one is being paid for it and one is the feeling that I haven?t just been sitting on my ass all afternoon.

O.D.B. is DEAD...LONG LIVE O.D.B.!!!

An old friend of mine did a stint in rehab with O.D.B....& Scott Weiland...at the same time...during christmas!

Talk about the fucking surreal life!

They even performed an improv/freestyle jam at the rehab X-mas party!

I'm serious.

True story.

I just read the news. I couldn't believe it. Not sure why, but it is just one of those wierd feelings. In the studio too. Odd.
He may not have made it to be an Old Dirty Bastard, but Big Baby Jesus I am sure he is living up to now. If he was into that kind of thing.

well.
all the best to him and his. He sure did some great stuff in a short period of time.

Funny cuz i was going to use that as my message subject...

I would have hated to have been the engineer on that session... Damn. I just watched (most of) Coffee and Ciggaretts. it sucked ass, but the best scene was RZA, GZA, and Bill Murray...

We live in a fucked up world when ODB dies at 35 and Dick Cheney just teases us by going to the hospital. Damn.

ODB - I hope you get all the free p*ssy you can handle up there.

Yeah, I aggree with that. I saw it in the theater, and there were about 16 people there. Seriously, 10 of them walked out when the White Stripes came out. By the end, there were only 3. I also liked the last one with that blind guy, though.

Sorry to get off topic.

This might sound a little selfish and inconsiderate, but what happens to the engineer that witnessed this. Does he still get paid for the time he spent with O.D.B.? Also it would be some history to tell people ODB died while rapping into that mic your using. Crazy.
For some good new music check out The Medusas

listen to some of their Mp3's at Pure Volume

Yeah, I'm sure that engineer will still get his welfare check this month as usual.

Geez, I hate to admit this (as I'm not big into the HH scene), but I actually thought O.D.B. died about a year ago...

So you can imagine how shocked I was to find out that wasn't the case...

That's okay. I thought Yassar Arafat died a couple weeks ago too.
