is this a market study exercise? thinking of silkscreening NEUMANN on some t-shirts and selling them on ebay? they wont sell. you know what we all REALLY want (and would pay outrageous prices for)?

1. tube tops that have a picture of one piece of lustworthy rackmount gear on the front. tube tops are the new visible thongs, don't miss this boat!

2. trucker hats where the mesh part is made from old analog tape stock. a trucker hat can't even GET any PHATTER. and it's warm, too.

3. coats with buttons that are actually different kinds of knobs from various equipment. maybe start with the langevin parka.

4. NEON COLORED SHIT! especially if it's got more than one neon color in the same design. how about yellow, orange and green horizontal stripes, and then maybe embroider the text "RECORDING SCHWAG" on it somewhere. that would be hot. you wouldn't be able to make that shit fast enough.

The recording schwag I find most interesting is custom built mics or preamps that arrive, unannounced, for me and my clients and freelancers to use, free of charge, for an indefinite period of time for the purposes of evaluation and possible purchase. Got any of that?

The front should have these questions:

A. Do you know what pitch/frequency hrz is Am 4 th octave , E5?
B. What are the 11 things that make a great mix?
C. What are the 4 pyramids that make the square of tools & dynamics?
D. What is the tempo vs delay time in 120 bpm, 90 bpm? (for different instruments to sound tight )
E. In which frequencies lay the muddiness in different instruments, so you take them out to have a clean mix?
F. Where is the Sonic Boom, which hertz, How much to take out? How much to pull up the bass or lower to get the exact right levels? Hertz ?

And the back should have the answers.

That's not as bad as it looks.
I used to race mountain bikes...and buy cycling specific socks. It takes a certain cut of sock to look decent in a cycling shoe.
