Sometimes I measure my health this way.

I know something weird is going on when shit doesn't flow right.....it's like being bladder-constipated.

Think about it!

Right now, the stream is like a fuckin' firehose. Good and strong!

I have read this, and find it to be pretty true, but vitamins and RockStar energy drinks will affect it. Whenever I drink rockstar it's like I ate a highlighter pen.

I seem to recall there have been several threads on here in the past about how taking vitamins will turn one's urine to the color of this message board. I'm sure someone with a bit of time on their hands could easily look up the relevant threads using the handy search button.

Not necessarily.

It can mean, as has been mentioned above, that you are getting a healthy surplus of certain vitamins. Vitamin B complex is one, from my personal experience - it's also the energy drink one.

Clear pee means that you are superhydrated. This is not a bad thing, but it'a absence doesn't necessarily mean you are dehydrated.

Recent studies on hydration have proven many former assumptions to be wrong. Such as:

- you feel thirsty as soon as you are dehydrated, not a while later.
- you don't need to drink x glasses of water a day to maintain optimum hydration - you just need to avoid being thirsty.
