tubetech summing amp

i was checking out the tubetech summing amp on their website and noticed that in one picture of it the knob is on the right side and on the other it is on the left side, although its the same unit:

coincidently, i also noticed that there are a lot of ads for the MOTU 828 mkII with a BLUE graphic-display (with little graphicEQ-type meters).

however my friend owns a unit and the LCD is definately GREEN and no graphic-eq type bars (just lines)

whats up with that?
