Bloody good paintings?

Well....whaddayathink? I want to comment but I cant....nothing comes to mind exactly, though I feel something should.

Man....am I just not an "intellectually enlightened enough male" or is this actually pushing the celebration of one's womanhood a bit much?

Next up.....Markpar's "Sperm Art".

Wow......

Whether or not you like the art, you have to admire her passion and determination.

As for my art.... well, the web page isn't ready yet. You'll just have to wait, heylow.

Yeah....maybe.....

Where do you draw the line though? I mean its waste.... its natural, sure and thats fine but it IS waste, dude...it doesnt NEED to be seen as wonderful...it doesnt NEED to have a positive image.

Look....

I have made some pretty cool "paintings" in the snow but at the end of the day, its still pee, man. Its natural...but it doesnt need a PR person, ya know?

The funny thing is....the painting are kinda cool looking, I think. (Hers too  )

That's the whole "what is art?" question. Art is such a subjective thing. There's plenty of stuff that I don't get that I would consider art and plenty of art that I like that other people would think is weird. It's all about your personal tastes, I guess.

I don't know... if you take the context out of the painings, they are visially appealing. Though I don't know how much of an artictic statement it is to use menstal flow as your palatte.
I mean, I get it, and I think the natural functions of the body are beautiful and all, but I don't think it's worth basing your artistic voice on.

I'm planning on puking on a palatte. Shit I'm just waiting untill I have my new house so I can have somewhere outside to hang the finished product. erp has many great artistic qualities that have been ignored for far to long. have you seen the color in doritos the second time around??? beautiful to say the least. I plan on viewing these wow-man paintings for the motivation to spew.

did i spell spew right?

I checked out the gallery before I read the page posted above. It was really neat work, I initially thought it was chocolate syrup. When I found out it was, I was like BluePxl ...

I maintain an on-line community where women share their menstrual art and discuss how the the menstrual medium changes or affects their bleeding experience.

Thank you.

So...there are other women doing this, too?
Not that there's anything wrong with it, it's just, uh...hmmm.

There was a guy that used to do cover art for Godflesh named Seranin or something like that. GF's "Us n Them" has an inside painting by him named "Blood and Semen 3," or something to that effect. No wait, that was the one where he used pig's blood or cow's blood.... Had to be real to have the same effect.

Anyways, to each, his/her/it's own, and I say have at it sista!

Too bad semen is white, now I have to primer my canvasses in dark colors. That's soooooo unfair...

Ok this is getting wierd....

The two Metallica albums, Load and Reload have "paintings" by Andres Serrano, done, I believe, in sperm.

Bob Rock (one of the the best of the bombastic) produced, also.
